I think a 'good' pr will do a lot more than .0028---mason would probably do .004 and financing, in my mind is even better than syrei which got us .012--so i think a pr of that caliber would have that result -remember that financing, at least in my opinion should give Arne the capability to get other acquisitions completed so that's the whole ball of wax when that happens. We've seen a couple hundred dollars either way give this thing quite a bit of movement and its not going to be just a couple hundred dollars on the table when we get the real news --i for one have a couple more thousand ready to go when i get the news that makes me feel confident.
