On July 15th the initial PR made everyone call it a merger with One fi, I agree you can call it a merger if you want or a buyout of a certain portion of the company, it was listed as a merger in the I Box until I asked Dave to remove it yesterday when rainmaker brought it to my attention that we sould not be thinking of this as a merger as it looks like they are just buying up the company, maybe Onefi wanted cashinstead of a merger. As I stated I have been trying everyday to find out just how much they plan on aquiring but to no avail yet, I guess we will be getting a PR anytime and we will all find out at the same time. As you can see I tried to answer you as best I can, all we have to go on is the PR's and also IR has stated to me that we are going to be getting a lot of great news and maybe that is why the company felt safe letting so many shares go into the market in such a short period of time, he must feel that the PPS can recover quickly as the recent news has all been great, they are going to keep growing so expect a lot more and with all the DD I have done so far I do like the company at any of the recent prices even buying over .01 and .02 but that is only once the shares are all absobed. One billion shares is nothing for a profitable growing company with a product like ours, heck the whole world can use this so there is room for tons of expansion.
