As to not following what I say here in My Last Post.. Don't worry..If you can, Just read their annual report.

it say...In December 2007 the board of directors of the Company voted unanimously to reverse split the outstanding shares
of the Company at a ratio of 1 share of reverse split share for ever 4,016 presplit shares an investor held leaving 220,591
outstanding at the time of the reverse split

OK

then right after this, you will read...

After the reverse split the Company issued 10,000,000 shares of common stock through a private transaction raising proceeds
for the Company of $100,000.

Humm..
So what I mean is..... A Two Part Question...
1st is . Lots of money was invested By Many Many People. who Now Owned../under 1/4 million Shares... Now Wait... then all of a sudden there is 10,000,000 that was sold for $0.01 for a grant total of $100,000 AM I WRONG HERE? I said wrong...not wong.

But all is Not Doom and Gloom here..IMO. They did /do need Capital for investment's that are now needed for this to succeed.
I just wish I have only Invested Here And Now.. and Not in Past 2 year's.

One Last thing.. to who ever did that Weeeeee thing... If you are American Then You should Know...A wee is a baby Goat... and I feel there is no place for that Here.
