The new CEO?....please, there is no CEO! Why is it so hard for everyone to admit this is dead. Can a publically traded company even have a CEO without a BOD's? And this POS def. does not have a BOD, and if you think they do, you're crazy. With SOX and all the tightening of BOD responsibilities, no fool would sit on this Board...if they had one.
