Hi all again. Sorry for the delay in posting. I did get a return email from someone from CCMJ concerning whether who I thought was involved in the reverse merger was who it was. The reply verified that my guess was wrong AND that there is no one from China taking a reverse merger stance with CCMJ. As I said before, I thought it could be AEP. I'll post the email from them below and my original email. I did take out my email addy and my real name for personal reasons.

Subject: The Reverse Merger

Hello,

My name is Bobby Miller. I am writting to you today as to inquire about the
reverse merger mentioned on the news wires back on the 24th of July. My
questions are pretty basic and I would appreciate any insited you might be
able to give into which companies it is that you are looking at doing the
reverse merger with. Right now there is rumor that Arizona Emergency
Products is the front runner in the reverse merger with a company from
China being the other bidder. This leads me to my first question. I have
recently invested heavily into your companies stock and was pleasantly
surprised to hear about the reverse merger. My first question is: Which two
companies are involved in the reverse merger? And my second question is: If
Arizona Emergency Products is one of the companies in the running to do the
reverse merger, have you and them started working out a process by which
you would intigrate the two companies business models so that the
transition is
smooth? I think what's driving the rumors here is that you and they had a
really nice relationship in the past and have worked very well together in
bringing your products to market in joint ventures. I for one, would not be
shocked to find that you and they have joined forces and would actually
believe that doing so would lead to a company whose strength together, far
out weighs the individual parts.

My third question is: was AEP one of the companies involved in the talks a
few months back or are the two companies currently bidding for your
services, two brand new bidders?

This brings me to my final question. Are both of the bidding companies from
the United States or has a foreign entity taken interest in your company
where it concerns the reverse merger?

Trust me when I say this, we are waiting on pins and needles to hear back
from you and also to hear who the two reverse merger companies are. Even
though we are currently invested in your company, the prospect of AEP being
one of the suitors in the reverse merger bidding, has us here excited at
the prospect of your two wonderful companies coming together.

With the highest of regards and with bended knee in anticipation, I await
to hear from you.

Sincerely,

Xilo
