NO one anywhere would of said that taken a buyout of .05 would of been bad. OK you would be talking about a 2,000% or higher price then the current PPS. It is a no brainer. That statment they made about the .05 offer was the kiss of death for the company.

That is almost as good as the hole scanner thing. which buy the way is still the funniest thing I seen about this company.
