semi-OT: Screen resolution trends

An exercise of pure curiousity:

As a website developer, it's important to keep track of what resolution web-surfing monitors are at. For years, 800x600 has been considered the minimum resolution that websites should be designed to fit in (actually, more like 760 pixels wide, if you take scroll bars etc. into account).

As larger & higher-quality displays become more popular, this is starting to change--in fact, as of this year, 800x600 is, finally, no longer the most popular resolution setting, at least for web-surfers:

The question then becomes, of course...

Who in blazes is still trying to surf the web at 640x480???
