Yes, and as I was talking to a trading buddy yesterday, I actually LIKE the rule (as a citizen) and think it is rather ridiculous that something that is illegal anyway needed a ban in the first place... And now, they are LIFTING the ban on enforcement of what was illegal to begin with....strange world we live in.
Having said that, I think it is worse that they narrowed the (original) enforcement to only 19 entities.....I'm sure other banks would like to be protected too.
As a trader, I got burned when the squeeze happened, and I am simply looking to make my money back.
