Agree, something is about to happen to this stock. The brokerage firm that I have my FRTL shares through has ceased all transactions regarding this stock....no buys or sells. The only time that this happened in past was also with a stock that went through a merger. Transactions regarding the stock were "frozen".

This is neither good nor bad. It is just the way they "do business" when a stock is going through a significant transition, for exanmple, a merger. The "freeze" lasted about a week last time and then I was free to continue trading the stock.
