Well do you think this management has served the shareholders interest?? I do not, I believe they need to change CFO ASAP for starters. Then the financial community would then think I say think to take a look at this company. When you have a CFO that cannot get the earnings out on time he has no credibility.
Then they need to get a new President. So what is you ideas to let these people run the company into the ground?
The President told me they do not even have a Power Point Presentation to take into Investment Firms - I mentioned a couple of good ones for them to see out here in SF. I then asked do you have a Power Point Presentation to show them. He stated the company is putting one together. This management is so far behind the times. I have no right to talk because I am not that good on the computer but I know every company I deal with has a Power Point Presentation on their company. How can you sell your company to Investment Houses if you have no presentation. So tell me your great ideas. John Holt Smith is a nice guy but he cannot answer my basic questions and does not have a Power Point Presentation for this company. So I really have concerns about this management team. Sad but they are ruining this company that has a huge potential.

And the President cannot tell me how big the market is and what portion they play and what percentage they want. He cannot tell me what products they have so how can he sell customers and investment houses on this company. All the CEOs & Presidents I have met can answer these questions. Sad
