Kag, you have been searching for a way to create some alleged misdeeds by BioCurex management. You obviously are not an attorney or a great debater, because what you are implying is that there was an intentional use of verbage in the 8K to mislead investors.
In actuality, those semantics literally created speculation which caused the share price to go down. Do you think that was the goal of Dr Moro to lower the share price? That statement in the 8K certainly did not entice new investors and cause the share price to rise.
Dr Moro has spoken on this matter and it is over.
Ironically, the sole person you continue to target may statistically be the one who's life's work may be the one to save yours.
Management at BioCurex and the SEC have a history and the SEC knows Dr Moro to be an honest businessman and if anything owe him an apology for literally stalling his research. There won't be an investigation because we have an intact licensing agreement.
I'm sure everyone here is waiting with bated breath to see what Dr Moro's next alleged misdeed will be.
