Steve Nickolas has created more shell companies than Carter has pills. The patent (issued in 2005)is owned by Enhanced Beverage, LLC with the inventors named as Nickolas and Stewart (former VP R&D, Impact Beverage Inc). Enhanced Beverage is wholly owned by Impact which Nickolas owns 72% and is CEO/President. Nickolas has the right to practice the patent or license the technology. The acquisition of XND absorbs the temporary non exclusive marketing rights of NUBV. The acquisition for all intents and purposes is a do over of the original transaction. Nightsight Capital is just another pea in Nickolas' shell game.
