If you can get past the first few pages of warnings and disclaimers without losing your breakfast, the rest of the 10KSB looks pretty good. It is certainly one of the most detailed reports I have seen for an OTCBB company. You have to expect some debt early in the game, but management has done a good job of obtaining cash through private financing without diluting.
