This has been a HUGE nightmare due to complete and utter incompetence by the Attorneys, Transfer Agents, the DTCC, etc. Alan expended a fortune in time and money and was finally assured by NASDAQ Corporate Actions that the problem was resolved and NASDAQ Corporate Actions announced the Dividend publicly.

However, the Transfer Agent and the DTCC seem incapable of getting their act together from what I am told and have read!

Fortress can do nothing, it is the hands of your Brokers and the DTCC; the TRansfer Agent can now only take instructions from them. The DTCC does not move rapidly, try and reach them to resolve a problem; my own Team never resolves anything with them ever; on many hundreds of companies.

I can say all this, Alan has to be more circumspect.
