Your right this management team has no credibility. The PRs that were released never materialized. Then they missed the earning dates. So to get any credibility they need to fire the CFO ASAP and replace him with someone that has credibility with the financial community. Then other management changes have to be done. I have been saying this for the past couple of months. Since Moneyguy posted John Holt Smith number people should call and express their views.
Also we need to know if the SEC investigation is over and if it has been keeping the company from getting uplisted.
I bet we are told on the conference call if we have one that they got some sort of financing but is going to be bad for the shareholders. It will be with some Russian person and company that is basically going to steal the company from us. It could be in a JV or a stock purchase that will screw us but save the managements investment in the company.
We need to organize here with all of the remaining shareholders so we have our options open. If people want to give me their email I will start to organize the list. I feel the next course of action for us is in the courts. This management team would have a hard time to defend themselves with the PRs that they wrote and if the SEC investigation found anything out.
It is too bad that this great business model has such a poor management team. They still have not sold a thing in almost 2 yrs. I sure hope their investors and bankers at last week,s meeting in NY pressure them to get a new management team.
