Opportunity, I did not like it when Smithline became involved in the stock because I thought it might really hurt the progress of the company. Smithline did exactly what I thought he was going to do in controlling the stock and shorting into every news item. I began to feel the stock at a minimum was dead money until profits and getting money to pay Smithline could be a problem.

After the Abbott release, I began to erroneously suspect Dr. Moro was hiding things with the jazzed up "we are pleased to announce" press release. I apologize to him for that. I have always had great respect for him and I wish it had not taken 4 months for him to clarify things.

Then someone sold off the stock which is usually a bad sign. All of that pushed me over the edge to the sell side.

What do I think of the stock right now? Well, if the ELISA test sells, anyone buying now could get a good ride and it might out power the control of Smithline. If ELISA does not sell well, there may some tough times ahead. If Dr. Moro gets some deals and sales going that look great, the company will do well and if you feel the manual tests will fly off the shelf, now would be a great time to buy. I am just too conservative on ramp up for the manual test to buy back in right now. In 5 months or so, you will have a much better idea how things are going.
