I agree I have the names and numbers of 4 people. I had King's number he never answers his phone now. I think his forty investors sold at a big loss but before it goes to zero. I agree. They know they have a problem with the PRs. These according to the SEC are misleading. They have been trying to blame it on Richard Wahl who wrote them. That will not hold up with the SEC because the management signed them. It was the management teams name. The SEC does not care who wrote them for the company. There are about 1/2 dozen PRs that are misleading. The one on the software for accounting to be in place after the first of the yr. King had all of this information layed out to show the management team. I cannot figure out what happened to him but maybe management got to him. Let me know your email address. I have talked to one of the attorney they used about this situation. He got paid I believe in stock. I think we could get together 40-50 shareholders if King has not been bought off by management which is possible.
