No No Beantown Bruiser, no apology necessary where it concerns having knowledge of a reverse merger by BLDV and whether you had contact with them. I just took it from your post that you had made contact since you put it out there like it was a fact that BLDV was doing a reverse merger is all. So, if I have this right, you don't have any confirmed message from anyone from BLDV saying that they are reverse merging. Is that correct? If that's correct, and I've read alot of the posts on this board, no one has any emails or hard evidence saying that BLDV is R/M. I know you don't know everyone on here personally so I don't expect you to have knowledge of what others might have in their possesions where it concerns BLDV. So, since you don't have anything from BLDV and no one else has put anything concrete out there that they are going to R/M at all, then on what, may I ask, are you basing the reverse merger info off of? I know someone on here said they talked to someone who said something about a reverse merger but no one else from this board was able to make contact with that person or anyone else from BLDV to confirm what that person was told. I left the number to reach the person I talked to concerning the non-profit so my work can be transparent and checked. But no one else made any kind of contact with the person mentioned as to having knowledge of the reverse merger and I mean no one. So, when you said you know that moaning was setting up a R/M, I thought you had gotten some kind of reply to an email or phone call that you could share with us all was why I asked you to post it. I'm sorry if I mis-understood you and thought you had actually made contact and had firm hard evidence. My mistake and I apologize to you. You see, I really do want BLDV to succeed in the worst way. I want all the alternative energy companies to start hitting the market big time so we can reduce our dependence on petroleum products as I am sure most of us would like to see. The problem I see with BLDV is that 1. they don't follow through on what they say they are doing 2. Moaning signs all kinds of letters of intent and memorandums of understanding but doesn't follow up on them (contact BEI construction I think it is and the government of Belize to see if moaning or BLDV have followed through on starting any of the projects they sign those intent letters to. I called BEI about 2 months ago now and they said that Moaning had made no contact with them since right after signing the LOI.)
3. moaning keeps his stock holders in the dark completely and the only info we get on what the company might be doing is through one individual that says he talks to either moaning or someone from BLDV but we can't make contact with those people because he's afraid they'll cut him off if he gives out the number. Least wise that's what I was told when I asked for the number to call these people on. 4th and not least of all is that there appears to be no home base of opperations for the company and the one they list is to the lawyer handling their non-profit work. This is very misleading to their stock holders to list their non-profit lawyers as their home office when they know that is straight out a lie.

Well anyway, that's what I got and my opinion on it all. I'm sorry if I thought you had the info we all have been waiting for. I was just getting a bit excited thinking that they made contact with someone from the board for BLDV.
