They need financing to go forward with their plans for expanding advertising to TV and Internet. Pink sheet stocks usually get financing through dilution because they have no other way to pay for it. If it expands the business, adds more great products, advertises them in multi-medias, and sales skyrocket. It will be worth it in the long term.
