Hello Jraska, I was pleasantly surprised when I went to my mailbox and found your reply to my opinion of Mr. Moaning and BLDV. As everyone can about imagine, I disagree with almost all of your opinions on BLDV and Moaning. The one place that I agree with you on is that he is looking to get to the NASDAQ or one of the higher exchanges. IMO all of the company owners listed on lesser markets are trying to get to one of the higher markets. This makes Moanings desire to do such a thing as nothing special in my opinion. As for him trying to do a R/M, I'm thinking that since he lists the company addy as being the same as a law firms, that the law firm might be a clearing house where companies go to be put together with private companies so they can do a R/M. Since it appears that they just recently listed with the law firm, I'm thinking it's gonna take many years before they get a nibble on finding a partner for a R/M. I'm not sure on this one though as I have not yet heard back from Beth at the law firm. If they are just a regular law firm and not a reverse merger brokerage firm, then that will lead me even further to believe that BLDV is nothing more than a shell company now that has no R/M prospects what-so-ever. This is my opinion of course on BLDV and Moaning. I for one am thinking that the law firm is not a brokerage house for R/M but is where dying companies go to pay their last respects and possibly mess over their shareholders.
Once again, this is in my opinion of BLDV and Moaning as to how I view their tactics. I welcome thought out opinions that differ from mine like yours did. That way we can debate what BLDV and moaning are upto without it getting personal. I'm going to call Beth right now and will post what she says.
