Huh I prey the same fate don't get GLCC. Trading on these systems makes approval of a healthy, stable and serious company of which management is protecting it's shareholders. Being notorious and trading on NASDAQ doesn't mean so much, it might just be a sign of a bad performance in the past. IMO if they finally qualify (and if it is their intention) it means that a company is fully qualified and met certain requirements to do so.
I don't think you could name companies trading on AMEX/NASDAQ fraudulent and/or corrupted except in the case of Enron.
