This confirms what I have been saying aobut the previous patent and patent applications for imaging and therapy. His origianl patent for that was weak. Others already have imaging patented and are openly working on the projects. I know of two others that have patents issued on therapy using RECAF.

There could also be other companies that have requested their applications not be disclosed so he would have no idea if someone else already has it in progress. I wish him luck.

As far as the agreement with Abbott, I had asked for a signed current contract. He indeed signed a contract back in 2005 so that would meet that statement. There is noting else that would have started all the stuff about Abbott but a notice of return.
