I've replied to his techtv post. Whenever you find such a post on a message board where you can respond, the best idea is probably to do so. He hadn't even tried the service, he was just bashing the name.

In reality, people have plenty of reason to complain about the gameznflix service at present. It's slow, and there aren't many new titles. I'm wondering how many titles Gameznflix actually OWNS. The 28000 number is just an access issue - if they were ever to acquire every title release available to purchase they would have 28,000 titles.

What I'm wondering is whether I should be scared about Gameznflix' recent stock plummets? Should I get out? Will it rebound? Thoughts?
