Check this one out--NUEP-- not alot of volume (although it looks like today's volume is three times normal). Do not know much about the company other than the S-1 filing today was what investors wanted to have happen. Could be a short, according to a colleague. He mentioned TASR as an example--but that may be more hopeful than reality.
