Too funny ... a couple of calls to the Law Firm that Moaning had used their address as being his address with the Nevada Sec. of State and ... POOF .... Moaning files an Amendment to change his address to Post Office Box.

Yup ... the law firm must have gotten hold of Mr. Moaning and he filed an amendment with his new address ... a Post Office box !!!!
And its not a regular filing because he filed the Annual List on 6/16/08.

It seems every time the longs find an address, it proves to be wrong.
