same here, creede. it's my understanding that when a stock is halted they cannot become relisted any earlier than one year later. if this is the case, then i think we passed the one year mark around march/april of 2007. some posters here had reported they heard we would be quoted again by spring 2008, according to jim miller. so now it's july, and i'm not surprised there have been delays. that seems like the nature of things with the NASD, especially under the circumstances.

imo we're actually better off to be still flying under the radar right now. summer money flow is awful, and especially during a bear market. so if they can get it together after labor day that would be my preference.

if anyone on the board has an update, please keep us all informed.
