Appointment of Principal Officers

Resignation of Director

On April 26, 2007, the board of directors of Global IT Holdings, Inc., a Nevada
corporation (the "Company"), announced the acceptance of the resignation of
Donna Silverman as a director of the Company effective April 26, 2007.

As of the date of this Current Report, the board of directors of the Company has
not appointed a replacement for the two vacancies on the board created by the
resignations of Mr. Press and Ms. Silverman as directors but intends to do so in
the future.
