You mean would the stock holders personally have to pay in? No. We are not participating owners. We are not even voting owners.

However, BKMP might have some loans/investments/projects/(whatever) that could show a negative balance and whatever funds are received from TFNG in the event of a sale could be used to retire those obligations.
