no. they are jerking it around, dropping the bid in order to scare people into selling, (and they are doing just that), so that these buyers, and I believe new big buyers, can get stock and not put the price up on themselves during a quiet part of the day.

we will go through that .90 resistance and break $1 soon. then it's $2.5 - $3.3 where it will consolidate
