I honor my promises. Stockholders will receive this dividend. I am not an idiot, I am VERY aware of past errors on this Company's stock dividends, I have had spend countless hours and large sums of money "cleaning up" that mess! Which, I am still having to do.
For the record, MOST of the stock Dividends were paid; I have the schedules from the TA to prove it. 3% of those Dividends remain in "Escrow Account at that TA; awaiting distribution; which for the record, is out of my control.
"Lumb is in the picture"? What is that supposed to mean? You mean you hope he will come in and buy up all the float? I know him very well and he has a ton of business interests; I sincerely doubt that I can persuade him to put Fortress on the top of his agenda.
