As long as Yorkville is included in 'other stockholders'.

I suppose one could say when 'we' have bought shares from Yorkville on the open market 'we' have indirectly funded NeoMedia , since Yorkville has loaned them money.

But you were exactly right in your earlier post on the subject , 'we' bought on the open market from other shareholders , including buying from Yorkville, Tobin Smith, Chas, JJ, CJ, WF et al.
