Where in the world do you see the statement "they had to ADD additives" to make it pass????? It was simply blended at 90/10 and tested, it met or exceeded current specifications. All current fuels have blends and additives and unless you ride a bicycle all day long, you burn this "additive" fuel just like the rest of us. Please post a link to prove your statement.
