GWDL: Hi everyone, as you all know I have talked to Gateway Flo Ternes several times and today for the first time Rick Bailey the CEO. This was very interesting to say the least. GWDL put out good news today and the stock still struggled. I have set and watched very closely day after day mostly 9million blocks going thru which usually means dilution. Ok here is my phone conversation with Bailey at about 12:30PM Pacific time today.
* Hi, Mr. Bailey my name is Tim XXXX, I am an investor, can
you tell me with good news out today why your stock price
is struggling
* Sorry Tim you are talking to wrong person about the stock
price
* well Mr. Bailey why do you keep diluting shares
* Tim what do you mean diluting, we are not diluting
* Yes you are Mr. Bailey, eveyday for the last 2 -3 weeks
the MM's and mostly BAMM release 9million blocks mostly and
lots of them, you are diluting
* Tim, we are not diluting and are not putting out any shares
so I am not sure what you are talking about
* So Mr. Bailey you are saying then the Market Makers are
manipulating and or naked shorting?
* Tim well I guess so becuase we have not been releasing any
shares! "quote"
* Well thank you Mr. Bailey and it looks like the news release
today was very good and can you elaborate on the imfomercial
and Bruce Jenner?
* Tim yes the release was good and my part is growing the
company and we are taking great strides in doing so right
now! As far as the imfomercial we are close and as you know
are buying air time and should air anytime, we will advice
the boards very soon, and yes Mr. Jenner is a nice guy!

OK next step was calling the SEC manipulation department which I did at 202-942-4558. I filed a complaint, the gentleman seemed eager to listen told him about my conversation with Bailey and GWDL not diluting shares and he said he would contact the company and take appropriate action. SEC email for those who want and should complain is enforcement@sec.gov
I also sent a back up email and here is what I said
My name is Tim xxxx, this is a follow up to a phone call I made to the SEC office. I spoke with the CEO today for GWDL, Rick Bailey. He stated they and I quote "have not been putting out any shares". Everyday for the last few weeks with mostly BAMM they have been naked shorting mostly 9mil blocks repeatedly as well. It is my understanding when they are naked shorting they have to cover in 3 days! Well guess what no covering at all, this is so wrong and time to stop! I represent many share holders who are invested in Gateway and we demand this stops now. The best I can tell today alone Bamm shorted about 200 million shares and my thinking they themselves have shorted 1 - 2 "billion" in the last 3 weeks
Check into this please and don't put us on the back burner. Time the small investor is taken care of for a change

Everyone that owns or is buying GWDL need to either call or email the #'s above or both, the more the better and if we all do this they will have to cover and this stock should rocket up. My opinion there is 1-2 billion shares shorted from the MM's involved. It is also my opinion we have a golden opportunity here with Gateway and this stock is poised to explode! As always do your own dd and call the company and ask the same questions I did Good luck all and hope this helps all of us

It looks like the SEC will be looking into this shorting and hopefully take care of it soon. As I have stated before, I expect this stock to see .003 before the infomercial is aired. That would now be within the next week or so, but this is dependent upon the speed at which the SEC takes care of the naked shorting we are seeing.
As far as seeing .01 to .10, depends upon how well the infomercial goes, but IMO very possible if the product is accepted in the way it is expected to be.
