Overachiever, i want to personally thank you for letting me pick up some .0002's on Friday, seemed the flippers and nervous hands dropped some and i got em! So as long as your here, i should be able to keep picking up cheap shares, oh wait unless the B.S. you push is exposed as FALSE But, I DO admit we need posters like you to shake things up and let the weak hands who jumped in from word of mouth, and are now jumping out do the the same, but with a nice Double profit at least.

You Stated:
This company has promised several dividends it never delivered. Each time it was met with the same degree of enthusiasm we see here today and each time the people that bought on the hopes of getting money for nothing (and their chicks for free) walked away with nothing (but a date with themselves)

I Stated:

CERTAIN STOCKHOLDERS HAVE NOT RECEIVED HISTORICAL STOCK DIVIDENDS
PAID BY THE COMPANY:

The Company, since I assumed the CEO role, has expended countless hours
and large sums of money to ensure that stockholders received all
outstanding dividends. I have personally advised numerous stockholders
to contact their Brokers and the Transfer Agent to Hunt Gold
Corporation to obtain their stock as it was not within the Company's
power to intervene in this process. These Stock Dividends were
confirmed and announced by NASDAQ Corporation Actions. The Transfer
Agent to Hunt Gold Corporation advises me that less than 3% of the
outstanding dividends payable; remain unclaimed to date. Stockholders
may rest assured that it is small minority that keeps attacking the
Company, there are hundreds of stockholders who can attest to the fact
that they received Stock Dividends, in full as promised by this
Company.

YOUR STATEMENT:
Let's examine what they really said this time:

The company has just told you that at some time in the future, it might give you a dividend of restricted stock in some unnamed pink sheet entity that might be worth (at the moment) 60 times the current price of this stock. They said they do not even have the position to distribute as a dividend as of yet, because they don't currently have the stock in the other company although they hope to get it eventually. They claim that this dividend distribution, if it ever occurs, is worth 400 million dollars in current market value.

MY STATEMENT
The company is being called "GoldCo" for legal reasons, ok, you MIGHT have an argument there, but they will release the name of the company once they are legally allowed to. This was a "LOTTO" play from the beginning, but now we are seeing Mr. Santini following through with everything he has stated in the PR's. SO, from HIS History, not the company, it looks like it will happen. Am i 100% it will? Of course not, BUT only time will tell, you sitting here claiming that this stock divi is useless is complete crap, only FFGO knows the company's name/share value etc. So why not wait until we dont get them, and since HE did get an ETA date, start complaining around the end of August!

He also stated that the company is not a PINKSHEET Company, i cannot find the link right now, but if i am wrong i will have a mod edit this part.



You Stated:
1. They have not paid promised dividends in the past.
2. They have promised nothing this time.
3. The unpromised dividend is in restricted stock in a pink sheet company that is valued so high that by the time it might ever become unrestricted it could be as worthless as this company's stock is.
4. The pink sheet entity may well be a shell that was just reverse split and could be totally illiquid.


I Stated:
1. They HAVE PAID THE DIVIS IN THE PAST. As stated in the PR, about 3% of shareholders did not receive them due to errors/brokers not releasing SS#'s, etc. FOR THE 3% OF SHAREHOLDERS, IF THEY INVESTIGATED IT, THEY WILL BE PLEASED TO FIND OUT THE COMPANY DID INDEED RELEASE THE DIVIS.
2. They have stated that all Shareholders who own stock on or before the record date will be entitled to the Divi's. How is this nothing
3. Yes the shares might indeed be restricted, it might lose value, but could ALSO GAIN value. These are free DIVIS. Last month when i bought into FFGO, there was nothing saying 'there might be divis'....so these divis are free for me and i dont care if they depreciated 50% by the time i can sell them, they were FREE. The PAST DIVIS were released and dispersed, so this is NOT TO RELAX HARD FEELINGS, this is a sign of good faith and hopefully alot of shareholders do not flip the stock due to this.
4. A Shell game is the only thing left huh? Indeed this is possible, as it is the real world, but come on man, this company seems to doing everything it can to restructure and get a fresh start. As long as i get the DIVIs and the PPS goes up who cares?

When you disect this latest dividend ploy, it no longer sounds like such a big deal, huh? Welcome to pinkyland pump and dump...brought to you by the pros from South Africa who have little to lose and everything to gain by BSing people one more time. This company doesn't even have a real office address. It uses a Mail Drop with Access USA as it's corporate HQ address

I Stated:
Flase Filing 8k will cause Jail Time, he might be or have land in South Africa, but comon, do you think he is going to scam everyone? This time the cmpnay has filings, so this does have to follow some LAW. Not the reg PUMP Dump, R/S sceme. The company is even hiring an auditor so he/she can look into their books and file for them. They want to specificaly have him/her file specific works that will get audited, so even more eyes will be watching them.

Some were confused and some are still nervous, but if u look at the week it did not sit at .0002 for long, it sat at .0001 for month while .0002's for only a day or two. IT had another HUGE VOLUME Day AGAIN. So i think this thing IS SOARING
