20 categories: this is indeed most eagerly awaited. I understand that ABD 3.0 is under development, and that DNAP may not be in a position to reveal what these categoroes will be, exactly. However, they should give some information. Perhaps they can delineate a range of categories, from a "best case scenario" to a "worst case scenario." For the former, they can describe the 20 (or more) categories that they are attempting to develop, if all goes right. For the latter, they can describe the absolute minimum categories they believe they can develop, even if there are significant technical difficulties (10-12?). I do think there needs to be more feedback and interplay between DNAP and their more informed customers and investors. The idea that "DNAP are the experts" and we are all "the amateurs" is not backed up by previous history, in which DNAP has made errors in judgement about parental populations, interpretations, etc. Better they get feedback now, while the product is being developed and can be modified, than have the possibility of producing something that is flawed, and being in the position of having to defend these flaws in order to recoup the investment in producing it.
