Why do you think Tom was never available ? Because he was busy at the parties on the cruises with all the dough.

He didn't use any of this "Dough" to get any companies. He kept all the Dough for himsef.

Look at the filings again. He didn't use any cash, simply transferred shares.

How many times did I say the Reverse Split was coming ?
