I think you are spot-on with your assessment. However I think this stock is MUCH bigger than anyone thinks. ..and yes they need to do a deal hopefully soon to prove it all works. This Power factor rating of 97 is HUGE and nobody understands it. That means PSPM bulbs are almost 100% better than the cfl bulbs on the shlves today. basically those are like the first cell phones, big bulky, and now comes along the next design.. NOBODY has this and Nobody can build it b/c it is patented. I honestly think PSPM is a 30-40 stock 2-3 yrs away... Investors will come and go and all will make a little money but I think big big gains await those of us who hang in and keep buying.
My bet is contracts are coming soon and then no looking back at .14 any more.
