thanks for all your responses. The reason beople are buying like myself at lowest possible prices is that cane season is still very much upon us. Any serious cat storm in nsmg territory will be profitable. nsmg may be a lean dog now but it will fatten up if mother nature gives it some real meat to feed on during the upside. I agree if this does not happen by peak season (sept 11) this dog will get even leaner as we progress on the downside.
