You are both wrong at 50+%. The last I saw was 70+ % after conversion of debentures. Check the i-box of UPDA.

Some people here are projecting pps and multiples. This is a very difficult exercise complicated by the fact that some of the leases are for only 5 years. HTOG will have to drill as fast as they can and also produce as much as they can before expiration.
