Luv you forgot to do multiples....exspecially with gas and oil lets say 5 with your price this year of .13 times 5 =65 cents,,,,5 being the multiple is a small amount dont you think,,,specially with all the acreas and well going in,,,,well see,, tie in the revenue of the tie in then quarter all within a month might be a darn exciting month,,,,
