eatlikeahippie, how in the hell do you come up with a $12M market cap??!! Market cap per latest SEC O/S count, about 101.8M shares and a PPS of .0059 equals about 600.4 THOUSAND dollar market cap. They only have 950M shares authorized and even if they were 100% diluted (which they're not, far from it) the market cap at .0059 would be $5.6M.
