I can explain some and it goes like this;
The USA has many Apple trees, America's people
love apples so the demand for apples is lets say
.25 cents apiece. Now you go buy a special apple orchard which
produces 24 million apples or less. You own them because you
purchased that special orchard right. Next. a apple blight
destroys all apple orchards in the USA except yours. Those
24 million or less apples that YOU OWN are in demand with
all the Apple lovers across America. They have to pay you the
price that you want for your Apples. Well, suppose you decide
that you are just going to wait and see who offers the most.
After a while Apple lovers will offer a higher price, And if
you really like apples and its been a month since you had one, you may offer 2-3 dollars for one apple.
But those seeds from those apples
could be worth Millions. Because they are a blight resistant
strain and you could start another orchard with.
BIHC Owns most of the Apples now. but the MM's have sold
over a 100 million apple seeds to us. They will want those seeds
back because they sold them to cheap.

Hope this Helps.
