The way I look at it we need the extra layer of fat to ward off this cold weather. Boy are we taking a beating here in FL this year. The hot tub is definitely out because I'd freeze between the tub and the back door. Dahlias has the right idea about the ice skating. I wish my joints could take it. How many calories does one burn up chewing? I'm thinking that if you alternated celery and carrot sticks with pieces of that buttery cheese and sips of wine. I've heard that grapefruit juice burns calories so mix the Gin with some fresh sqeezed juice and that should work. My only New Year's resolution is not to make any (resolutions) Stay warm everyone.
