IMPORTANT. The guessing is over. Paul in IR actually called me back at 630pm est (IR in California) and told me the correct O/S is now 400 million shares. He could not tell me what the float was currently. The A/S here is 1 billion shares. He said he expected RDWG to update the numbers on pinksheets Monday or early next week. I cannot see the reason why this would not be the truth. If this goes to .10 a share someone owes me a nice bottle of port wine :) for all this work. I think I made 20 phone calls this week. To summarize this is what is known (confirmed by yours truly) City employee of Public Works in Villa Park says tower being installed near city hall now for test of downtown area (didn't call Buena Park some other nice person can call if they like). One Fi Chet says RDWG does indeed have a bussiness transaction for shares with RDWG. A/S 1 billion, O/S 400 million, float unknown. These all verified and provable. What Chet CEO of One Fi told me, good things coming just the start with them focusing on rural markets with the federal and state money helping to get these rural areas without broadband available get this. All kinds of technical stuff you would have to be Bill Gates to understand but the man went on about this being technology that gets more signal through than thru the cable due to being in radio waves. I'm not going to go on because I don't want to mess up the technical aspects. Hopefully one of you computer guru's can due some DD and post the technology end of it. Anyhow that is what I found. I will ask JimmyBob to update the IBOX as I stated not a computer guru with posting IBOX stuff. Dave
