Yeah this board kind of went flat with the action over there! Just as well, we need to wait a while on this one for more PR and news on the specifics of the acquisition of XND.

I found it interesting reading a post by shedalite where he found that Nickolas was starting an off shoot company. It describes the product which isn't the same as Nutripure. But very good find by shedalite. They appear to be 1 to 2 years off of getting product out. I would like to keep an eye on that.

People don't worry that Nickolas is getting more irons in the fire......even I have several LLC's and and S-corps.

NUBV owns the right to NutriPure or Nu2O formulation as noted;

The Nu2O products are being developed and produced by XND Technologies, Inc. and NutriPure is the sole marketing licensee for the products. The two companies have also reached an agreement in principle for NutriPure to acquire XND as a wholly-owned subsidiary, shareholders of both companies have unanimously accepted and ratified the agreement, and the final agreement is expected to be signed within the next few days

So the way I see it is NutriPure Beverages INC.(NUBV) owns XND Technologies. NUBV owns Nickolas! Am I on target????
