E-mailed Santini yesterday about previous divis. He said he would get back to me in a few hours on the matter. Never did... of course...

Called GWGO/HGLC transfer agent (First American Stock Transfer Inc) this morn about divis. They said they are waiting for DTC clearing to make requests about divis. Says they have been waiting for 2 years now & who knows how much longer, could be years...

They say ONLY those that held GWGO in certificate form got the divis. NO ONE that had GWGO in brokerage acct has recieved any divis. I told her Santini says 97% of GWGO stockholders already got divis & only 3% are "causing trouble". She laughed and said it's more like 97% have NOT recieved divis as most people had shares in brokerage acct.
