I looked at the time lapse from the question til the non answer. It was about an hour and a half.

Having just started the service to BioCurex, I would guess agoracom called Dr. Moro for an answer, yes or no. What he got instead was to collect those questions for later.

I think there is little doubt there was a product return involved and all the rest was a cover up.
