We don't really own (let's say it is) 15.4% of TFNG - BKMP owns 15.4% of TFNG. We own shares of BKMP and they are non-voting shares.
Suppose that TFNG becomes truly global. And suppose that once TFNG is on the map it attracts a deep pockets buyer, who does buy the company.
If the new owner wants all of the stock back, BKMP will get a chunk of cash. BKMP will get the cash . . . not us.
In my opinion, the possibility of Sandy distributing that cash to the stockholders is zilch. He will find another venue to "invest" our money. Maybe he is carrying, as an unpaid debt, the $300K it cost to analyze the Happy Encounters venture. Well, certainly that debt will be paid back . . . Getting my drift? We will never see any of that money.
I think the only way we will ever see a return on this stock is if it runs. It will take some very large event or series of important events close together to cause the PPS to rise.
What are the chances?
What goes around . . . comes around.
