You know Masta, it's ironic that those here seem to know how this will play out without the slightest clue. Here's one thing that is a fact even those here can't dispute, even though they read the filing--or did they? If you read the final verdict from the Judge, he says He and He alone will make the final judgement regardless of the SEC or anyone else. Guess everyone missed that part.
