don't read into those chinese companies too much. if you look at any chinese B2B portal you will see every company selling all types of goods. Not so much diversify but bulk buy from some bigger company up the chain and putting their own markings on them.
If this chinese company only sold boats and nothing else, I would feel more comfortable.

I think this CEO will get caught out soon,,, he can only pump for a limited time before he either dissapears or goes dark
